Job Summary: The General Manager plays a lead role in the daily operations of the DC Streetcar Operations & Maintenance Contractor (OMC) and is considered fully functional in all aspects of streetcar operations. This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring employee performance, identifying safety issues, and addressing operational needs, as well as supporting other areas such as ensuring staffing/headcount levels, budget and financial (P&L), training, regulatory compliance and contract management.
