Job Announcement: Washington, DC – Director of Rail Maintenance – RATP Dev

We are seeking a big-picture-minded Director of Maintenance, someone who can create a vision and mission for a maintenance team. A person who can delegate tasks and responsibilities to maintenance supervisors in an effective, positive, and efficient manner.

Our Maintenance Director will uphold strict adherence and personal accountability by understanding and following OSHA guidelines and other regulations. This person will exhibit problem-solving and team-building skills. Ensures Maintenance Supervisors effectively schedule Work Orders and conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) Inspections, while ensuring the availability of necessary parts and equipment.

This is a temporary position ending on September 30, 2026, making it an excellent fit for someone who currently works on a contract basis or for a retiree.
